Guinness & Chocolate.


I made Nigella’s Chocolate Guinness Cake for our St Patrick’s day lunch with friends. I can’t recommend this recipe enough. The batter was made in 10 minutes, then an hour in the oven. It’s one of the best chocolate cakes I’ve had. The Guinness makes it really light, you can’t really taste it, just a slight malty taste… Delicious! Happy St Patrick’s day!
